By the end of this step, you'll complete your first 10 live sits with mentor support, gain real-world experience, and build confidence by improving one appointment at a time.Β
β Success Principle
Progress beats perfection. One improvement at a time.

Why this step matters: Learn why your first live sits aren't about being perfect β they're about gaining real experience, staying coachable, and building confidence one appointment at a time.Β

Your first 10 live sits are where you turn everything you've learned into real-world experience.
For these first sits, you'll work closely with your mentor so you can get coaching while you're actively learning in the field.
Sit β Review β Improve β Repeat
After each sit:
Get feedback from your mentor
Identify one thing to improve
Apply it to your next sit
Keep going
Don't rebuild your entire presentation after every appointment. Follow the system and improve one skill at a time.

During your first 10 sits, use your First 10 Sit Review to review each appointment and identify one thing to improve on your next sit.
Don't use the review to pick apart everything you did wrong. Use it to become one sit better than you were before.
One sit. One lesson. One improvement. Keep going.

It's time to get your reps.
Your goal is to complete 10 Booked Sit Opportunities while putting everything you've learned throughout the Academy into action.
A Booked Sit Opportunity counts when:
YOU personally booked the appointment
You showed up on Zoom ready and prepared to run it
The appointment was either completed OR the member no-showed
If a member no-shows, it still counts toward your 10. You did your part β you booked the appointment, prepared for it, and showed up ready to work.
Don't let a no-show stop your momentum. Count it and keep going.
Your first 5 appointments that actually sit must be streamed live with your mentor or another manager present.
After your 5th completed sit, your mentor will determine whether you're ready to begin running appointments independently or would benefit from additional streamed sits.
Some agents may need more than 5 streamed sits β and that's okay. The goal is to make sure you're supported while you're learning.
If your mentor clears you, you may begin running appointments independently.
If you haven't been cleared yet, keep streaming with a manager until you are.
For every appointment that sits:
Run the appointment yourself
Follow the presentation and trust the process
Complete your First 10 Sit Review
Choose ONE improvement for your next appointment
Use your mentor when you need coaching
Book it. Show up. Run it. Learn from it. Keep going.
Your first 10 opportunities aren't about proving you're ready β they're about building the habits and experience that make you ready.
Once you've reached 10 Booked Sit Opportunities, you've completed the activity requirement for Step 9 and can continue to Step 10.
ββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββ
Once you've:
Completed your first 10 Booked Sit Opportunities
Completed your First 10 Sit Review throughout the process
Received mentor clearance to run appointments independently
Step 9 is complete.
ββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββββ
Don't confuse independence with doing it alone.
Getting cleared to run appointments independently doesn't mean you stop using your mentor.
The agents who grow the fastest keep asking questions, getting coaching, and using their team.
You don't have to figure everything out by yourself.
Stay coachable. Stay connected. Keep getting better.
