AO has several markets and lead types you may have the opportunity to work as you grow your business.
For AO Ascend Academy, your training will focus on the UNION MARKET. This gives you one system, one presentation, and one process to master before adding anything else.
As you go through AO training, you may hear examples or see materials that reference other markets or lead types. That's normal. You do not need to learn or master those right now.
Learn one market. Master the process. Then expand.
Once you're confident and consistent in the Union Market, your manager can help you begin learning additional markets and lead types.

While completing your initial AO Ascend Academy training, you are expected to join the Corporate Training breakout room on Zoom during your training time.
Don't sit at home working through the Academy completely on your own. Being in the training room allows you to:
Get comfortable logging into Zoom and being present with the team
Meet other agents and managers
Ask questions when you get stuck
Get real-time help as managers move in and out of the room
Start building the daily habits you'll use once you're in the field
If you're working on Academy training, make it a habit to get on Zoom and train with the team.
Your Academy teaches you the system. The training room connects you to the people who will help you master it.
